What Is Most Important, Loyalty or Money?

This past week, we got to see first hand that Fedor values loyatly more than money because if he didn't, he would have signed the rumored deal offered by the UFC. I applaud him for that because many others, like myself, would have just taken the money without even second guessing it.

So, put yourself in Fedor's shoes. You have the fate of your own company in your hands. Every employee is counting on you and you can't make a decision just for the benefit of yourself. You still would make a profit but not as much as you would if you did a deal all by yourself.

What would you do, show loyalty to your company or just get that money?
